Placing Your Order
Please request a quote for every order you wish to place, as pricing is subject to change notice. Once a quote is approved, an order confirmation will be sent for your approval. Any changes to the order should be made at this time. When we have received your confirmed order confirmation, a 50% deposit is required before your order can be processed. Changes to the order or cancellations will not be accepted once we have received a confirmed order confirmation and deposit.
All orders require a 50% deposit at the time or order, with the remainder to be paid prior to delivery. We will notify you when your order is complete and available for delivery. At this time any balance will be charged to your credit card on file or you will need to submit another form of payment. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment.
Specific lead time information will be provided at the time of your order.
CS Signature Collection
Standard custom lead time is 8-10 weeks.
CS Basic Collection & Accessories
Standard production lead time is 4-6 weeks.
Because each order is unique in nature, lead times may vary depending on the order specifications. Therefore, orders may not be canceled nor deposits refunded due to delivery outside of standard lead time schedules.
All custom designs outside of Central Station’s Signature Collection require a detailed drawing. Drawings should be provided to Central Station by the customer or designer. Manufacturing of custom designs are subject to the approval of Central Station. Central Station provides no warranty to the soundness of structure for custom designs outside of Central Station’s Signature Collection.
